Over President's Day weekend we go to go to St George! Nana and Gramps were so nice to let us stay at their house. The kids were super excited to be outside, the weather was beautiful! They got to ride scooters and play with sidewalk chalk and I loved being able to just sit out in the sun! We went to the Rec Center swimming pool one day and were there for several hours. The kids have missed swimming! Then we got a little crazy and decided to go down to Las Vegas for a day, we spent the day at Circus Circus. They have an amusement park inside, the AdventureDome that we got passes for. Carson was so excited to go on a rollar coaster that went upside down. We went on it a couple times. They also got to watch circus acts, juggling and they loved the trapeze acts. We ate at the buffet there and had a really fun day. The next day we went to Pioneer Park which was really close to Nana and Gramps house and hiked around through caves etc. There was this really skinny crevis that you can start hiking from the bottom and goes up about 30 feet or so. Carson went by himself twice since his parents were too claustraphobic to go with him... :) The kids had a lot of fun it kindof reminded of us of Moab. We also met up later at a park with Marcus's teacher from school who was also down there vacationing. The kids all played together and had a great time. Marcus thought it was pretty cool that his teacher from school was there in St George when we were! It was sure nice to go south and enjoy the sun for a few days. We are getting Spring fever for sure in this cold cold weather!
