American Fork Beach

Yesterday we went to another "beach" type place in American Fork that we found. We went with Alli and Jean and it was really fun. We were there for almost 3 hours! The kids are going to be so sad that summer is over and we won't be doing things like this anymore. :(

Monkey Island

We went to Monkey Island the other day with Jean and Alli and the kids all had so much!

Carson Starts 1st Grade!

Carson started 1st grade today and was very excited! I was so sad to see him go, it was a lot more emotional for me than when he started Kindergarten! I have so enjoyed having him at home all summer and I am going to miss him being gone all day at school. :( I am so excited for him though and I know he will do great!

Family Pictures

My sister-in-law Alli is visiting from Alaska so we took the opportunity to take some pictures of all the kids on the grandkids on the Rowley side. I also got some cute pictures of the kids!

Cowabunga Bay With The Cousins

We had a fun day at Cowabunga Bay with the cousins! My aunt Jean is visiting from Colombia, so her, my mom and a bunch of the kids went to Cowabunga Bay and we had a really fun time! The kids really liked all the slides and the pool and they were sad when it was time to go! It was a really fun day and the kids loved it!

Shalise gets Stitches

Last week Shalise got her hand slammed in the door and ended up with stitches! It was pretty windy that day and the wind blew the front door shut and unfortunately her finger was in it! I took her to the instacare and they said that the whitish-yellowish stuff coming out was definitely not normal, it was fat tissue indicating that the cut was pretty deep. She was scared but she was a trooper while she got her finger numbed with the biggest needle I have ever seen! I almost passed out right there! She got her 4 stitches and we were outta there. I don't know who was more traumatized, her or me! She gets them off in a couple days but has done pretty well with them. Poor girl!

Weekend At The Cabin

We had a fun weekend at the cabin with Nana and Gramps and Nick and Britta's family. We went on some fun Ranger rides, had a campfire, played outside and enjoyed each other's company. The weather was great which must have been why all the bees and wasps were out full force! I got stung down my shirt twice! Nana got stung on her finger and Britta on her finger as well, so that was not pleasant! Hopefully no one else gets stung for a while and we were glad it was all adults and not the kids! We always enjoy our time at the cabin.
