Cowabunga Here We Come!

 The day after Memorial Day was really warm so went to Cowabunga Bay. We got summer passes for this year and decided to try it out! It was not very crowded at all so it was great! Marcus and Shalise finally went down a couple slides this year. The very smallest one, but that's more than they would do last year! We did that and then yesterday we went and saw a movie in the afternoon. We were the only ones in the theatre so it was great! It's not even "officially" summer yet but we are already off to a great start! We are not gearing up for the Carnival to be Carnival Maniacs again! Pictures to come...

 

 

 

 

 

 

Memorial Day Trafalga Fun

Memorial Day wasn't warm enough to swim so we decided to put our passes to Trafalga to good use! It was a little more crowded than when we usually go so we had to wait in lines a little more. We did the inside "glow in the dark" minature golfing because it was so crowded outside. The kids thought it was the best thing ever! And we did finally get Marcus to go on the Frog Hopper ride this time, he has been too afraid to go on if forever but he tried it and now likes it! I also got a picture of Shalise kissing Marcus's cheek. She sneaks up on the boys all the time and does that. Cabin Weekend

We went to the Cabin over Memorial Day Weekend and had a lot of fun! It was a little rainy and cloudy the first two days so we didn't do much riding. We spent a lot of time inside which Carson hated! He does not like to be cooped up inside, he likes to be outside! Then Sunday morning we woke up to 6 inches of snow! We were going to stay the whole day but decided to head back earlier because of the weather. It was still snowing at 11am when we left and we did have a little bit of a hard time getting the trailer out through the muddy roads so it was a good thing we didn't stay any longer!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preschool Graduation

Marcus and Shalise had their Preschool Graduation last week. They sang some songs, got their diplomas and then had some treats. There are a lot of kids in the pictures because it is all 3 of the Preschool classes their teachers teach, not just theirs. I couldn't get Marcus to take a pictures with his teachers but Shalise was happy to! :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Carson School Program

Carson had a little program at school last week where all the classes sing a song. His class sang "Take Me Out To The Ball Game" . He knew all the words and was very excited to sing it!

 

Caden's 12th Birthday

For Caden's 12th birthday, we had a little picnic party at a Park. We all packed a lunch and then the kids got to feed the ducks which they thought was pretty cool! They played on the playground and just ran around having fun with their cousins. We also got to go to Caden's church and be there as he was ordained to a Deacon. That was pretty neat and the kids loved being able to go to a different Primary class with their cousins!
