Spookapalooza

Yesterday we went to the Spookapalooza at the Expo center. We went with some cousins and some friends. There were a lot of fun things for the kids to do. They had bouncy houses, a magician, hula hooping, a video arcade trailer the kids could play video games in, rock climbing, a rope course, a trick or treat alley where we got lots of candy and lots of coupons for free kids meals, bowling etc and then they had the Princess play area. Lets just say Shalise was in Princess heaven! They had dress ups they could try on, stories to read, they made bracelets, the princesses put make up on the kids. Shalise was in there for like an hour until they kicked her out for maxing out her time limit! Marcus and Carson also played in there with Spiderman, he helped them build a fake brick wall and knock it over. They thought it was pretty awesome. Then of course the Princesses were sure to tell each child that they can have the Princesses come to their house and have their very own party! So I bet you can't guess what Shalise wants now... She has asked me like 5 times today when (not if) Cinderella is going to come to her house for a party. She has not stopped talking about it! It was pretty cute but ya, we won't be having a party anytime soon my little princess, a little too pricey for this mommy!

After the Spookapalooza we went to my work to eat lunch. Heidi and her three kids were with me and my friend Erin with her three kids. So we had this little trail of 9 kids in costumes walking into my work to eat, it was pretty funny. It was a fun way to spend our Fall Break for sure!
